We maintain complete compliance with all federal, state and local regulations that apply to the handling of hazardous materials. All of our drivers and supervisors receive extensive training in the proper handling and documentation of hazardous materials and the constant updates and changes that take place. The training provided meets the requirements as specified in 49 CFR Part 172 Subpart H-Training. This training includes:

• Function-specific training
• Modal-specific training
• Safety training
• General awareness/familiarization training
• Testing

Additionally, our Billers are trained to accurately bill hazardous materials to meet the required documentation regulations.
